[libreoffice-l10n] Catalan (Valencian) translation

Hi, My name is Pau Iranzo and I'm from Alacant (Valencian Comunity in Spain). I would be interested in being responsible for the Catalan (Valencian) translation. This is a variant of the Catalan language that is spoken in this community. We have already translated other software such us GNOME
