Thanks Sai. reading the bug it's not clear if you are implying the
failures are only coming because of the tests running in duplicate
or if there is something wrong on the controller side. If you
haven't dug that far, it's ok.

We've done this from time to time because we realize some bugs are showing
up when tests are run back to back. It's sort of a lazy approach to looping
the test :)
