Part of the conversation will be reserved for how building now can allow you to take advantage of unexpected opportunities or give you more options in a crisis. WHO'S NATHAN? Nathan Henderson-James has 17 years of experience in organizing low-income families to fight for social justice, mostly with ACORN. For the last two years of ACORN's existence he served as its online team overseeing its online advocacy program and its online communications. In that time he helped grow its email list from 44,000 to 125,000 and raised over $200,000 in a 14 month period. He is now the Online Director for the Leadership Center for the Common Good, where he oversees a program dedicated to helping groups organizing poor people to integrate technology, especially online tech, into their organizing methodologies and programs.
