Last fall I got into a traffic accident and my SUV was tipped over. (on Vermont near Skylight books) As we waiting for tow trucks one of police officers ask to see my insurance info. I looked through my wallet and couldnt find it but thought it be in my car but the paramedics wouldn't let me crawl into it. The next day I did find it there The officer gave me a ticket for not have the insurance info. I sent the money in but appealed the ticket. The court was inset in late January but at the time I was in the hospital and couldnt do anything, Had forgotten about it.
But the court hearing on my appeal sent out the fact I missed it. So I sent in an appeal was giving another date, which happens to be today. So I spent the morning in the downtown court hoping to clear it up. Turned out to be just arrangement, and now a court hearing in scheduled for next month. I certainly want to just drop the whole mess but I have no idea if thats even possible.
