Carlos Montes has his next court appearance Thursday, September 29, in Downtown Los Angeles. Join us as we demand: Drop the trumped-up charges against Carlos! Stop the FBI harassment of all anti-war and solidarity activists around the country! Return all confiscated material to its rightful owners! This Thursday, Carlos Montes will appear in a preliminary hearing at the LA Superior Court. At this hearing, the prosecution will present its "evidence" and Carlos and his attorney will have the opportunity to contest it. This is an important day in Carlos' case, and we need everyone's support in the court room! The LA Committee to Stop FBI Repression is calling on supporters to go into the courtroom and be present during Carlos Montes' hearing, so that the judge and the prosecutors can see the amount of community solidarity that Carlos has on his side.
