John, you may have multiple accounts; the error message means that for at
least one account, Eudora 1) Cannot reach the mail server (i.e. that mail
server is down - cannot reach host) and 2) the credentials fail.
The only other explanation is that your not connected to the internet.
To test this, s
I used Eudora 7.1 as my mail program. Have thousands of emails after many
years.
But now its now working, the 2 errors im getting are
connection closed by foreign house
and
ERR (AUTH) invalid user/password
Doing research there is no real cause or fix I can find.
