The LA 8's Aiad Barakat won his lawsuit against the government for denying his citizenship. Even though this victory won't necessarily have broader implications for the LA 8 case or for immigrant rights, it is important and we congratulate Aiad his lawyers, Ahilan Arulanantham, David Cole and Mark Van Der Hout.
