Hi folks
I have found a bookmark pattern on www.lokk.nl that has the sweetest top
(metal looking bobbin lace pillow and bobbins) that your lace bookmark can
attach to but I can't read Dutch to see how/where/how much or even if it is
actually mentioned in the page.
Could you take a look at th
Dear Spiders,
Before I comment on the window lace I want to add my prayers and thoughts to
those in London. My heart is so sad.
You all have very good ideas. I like the one of mixing the lace and maybe
doing the trails and leaves in bobbin lace and some of the flowers in
tatting. I am going

Whether London is large or small is not important. If we have learned
anything in the last few years, it is that the world has actually become
a much smaller place. We have had posts recently mentioning how much we

Not that huge I think you will find. The London borough might be
large but the area that would attract this kind of attack is
probably only 5 or 6 miles across. And the concentration of people
in such a relatively small area is considerable.

I think everyone here in UK would be thankful to everyone for their messages

they decided to go in later to work than usual. Their mother nearly went

I have to say that I also found her remarks rather flippant. London may
be big, but the Underground is the way people and visitors get around
there. As has been said by others, you only had to be in the wrong place
at the wrong time. It could have been any
Can anybody tell me where Dora Smith lives?
Her remarks are very strange and to me offensive.
I am very sorry for all the victims of the bombing, having experienced

I think Dora may not have realised that my sister works in the govt. buildings
in central London and uses the Underground daily. That's the reason for my
worry. If my sister were a SAHM in one of the suburbs, I wouldn't have been
nearly as concerned, but she does go through Kings Cross frequently a
