Hi Cindy, You comment about the tiny holes in bobbins, but there is one good reason for this: bobbins are pretty slim pieces of wood, and wood shatters easily if you try to make too big a hole in it. Ask my husband, it has happened to him a few times. Another reason is that the beads I use
