Hi, I have visited Tonder Lace Festival many times. Each time I have booked self catering accomodation which has been done through the tourist board and has been successful. Finding hotels can be difficult but do not dismiss private acc. Look it up through Tonder and Romo tourist board

Hello Lora and everyone One idea: If you can manage making a simple square mat on its own, then sketch the gargoyle you have in mind, place the sketch on the pricking of the mat and as pairs come into the area of the gargoyle work variations of CT and CTC to fill in the shape. If that is too

Yes, I have signed the petition, too. Easily done online. We have been chatting about it on the Aussie Lace chat list, and I expect a few others have signed it too. However , I will give them another gentle reminder! I wonder what will happen to the Lace Collection if it closes down. I hope
