Hi Alex, it was a small drop of blood and the vanish didn't seem to help at
all, I didn't use salt as I can never remember which way to do it and have
set stains in, in the past this way which i didn't want to do again. I used
the neat liquid I normally use in my washing machine, rubbed it

Iâm a little late replying and am surprised that on one mentioned blood
stains should first be soaked in salt water, 1 teaspoon to 1 pint, preferably
immediately, but even if it has dried it helps to soften the stain.
