Dear David and Arachnes,

Our lace bulletin editors are always seeking interesting articles.  It seems 
something like this set of instructions and photos illustrating technique, 
plus a photo of the completed lace project, would make for an interesting 
presentation - if the topic has not been addressed in recent previous issues.

Many do not participate on Arachne and/or do not even have computers, so this 
would be a good way to share with more lacemakers and have a permanent 
published record.
