The reason why I'm asking is that I have just borrowed a book from the
Lace
Guild librar
Here is the website for the US Library of Congress website. It allows you to
look up things via ISBN numbers. I have had very good luck with this site as
they try to have every book published in the world.

Have you tried putting the ISBN number in the search engine?
In your copious free time, you could also simply search 'ISBN' and find
out if there is a site for that, in general. Might be helpful.
