I have had a stroke of luck. I have found a "local" genealogist who has actually done some work on him and he has shared it with me (or will do(!)) Just 100 kms from me. He has offered me all the help I need. I can't imagine my luck! Watch this space to be bored with my fanaticism. Just think, if I was a lace maker how I would be hassling you all!!
