Hello Daphne Thank you for thinking of me. The village where I live is quite high up, so no problems with the flooding but many of the surrounding areas have been quite badly flooded especially Castleford. My daughter and her family live in Pickering which was badly flooded but fortunately not where they live. It is still raining although a better day is forecast for tomorrow and then back to the heavy rain. Never known a summer like it.
