Are you not able to get to the shop pages by clicking on the "Shop" tab at the top of the screen? I was getting this, but none of the suggestions to get round it applied to me becuase I didn't have pop-ups disabled, did have Javascript enabled, am not on AOL and am already using Internet Explorer. But I found a way in: Click on the 'Latest' tab and then on one of the links on that page, eg Fan sticks 'click for details' and you're into the shop.
