Dear spiders I do hope one you can help me. I am searching for a lace pattern of a hand holding a piece of lace. I seem to remember the whole thing was lace but I cannot remember where I saw it and I would like to do the pattern if I can find it. Does anyone know of this design? Sue M

Hi Sue, I don't know where the pattern is from, but I saw a piece of lace like this at the Denver Art Museum. I have a (not so great) picture of the lace: the hand is mostly cloth stitch (CTC) with index finger and thumb grasping part of the lower edge of the frame and pulling it up. The

Hi everyone! Hopefully someone can help with this. I was given a pattern years ago for a bobbin lace jug cover that has beads on the outside edge. I have the beads (there are 18) that I had bought for it, but the pattern has gone astray. Any ideas as to where the pattern is from, a book
