Haven't posted for a while, but I read the on-line archive every day. Making lace vicariously through you all...still working on getting my house ready to sell, and still not working on my own lace. SIGH!!!!
I recently came upon a pattern of Vologda lace on the internet called "The Singing Tree" by Victoria Elfina. There's a small pic of it if you scroll down to the bottom of this page... http://www.artrusse.ca/lace.htm Does anyone know if this pattern is available anywhere? From what I've read, Victoria was a lace designer at the Vologda lace factory, but that's about all I've been able to come up with. Any more info would be greatly appreciated.
