Canada Post does, as well. A lace friend had really cool Christmas stamps
using an image of laces she had made. I looked into it and the cost per
stamp was a lot more than the postage value.

I have tried twice to send an email via the contact link, to ask whether it
is possible to order the stamps and how to pay for them, but
it keeps coming up with a fault message.

On the LOKK website there is an item on lace stamps being
