Well I really must come out of 'Lurk Dom' after Jacquie's lovely email which
started this string of emails to show my appreciation of the very kind words
about my piece of lace that I have been receiving as a result of her email.

With special thanks to Jacquie and Claire for their support during the time
it took to make it.

Having entered this competition a few times now, I honestly feel the best
bit about it is that it is stops being 'my' piece of lace but it becomes
more of a 'group' piece with everyone in our classes feeling involved having
seen the work evolving and with their offers of encouragement and tips.

I am very fortunate in having such great teachers and such good friends
within our lace-making family.

Best wishes

Thank you to everyone who voted for her!

She certainly wouldn't. That's Jill for you. I am so pleased for her
it truly is a beautiful piece of lace and I aspire to creating work
as lovely as hers. One day maybe...

Wonderful news

Lucky enough to be in the same class as Jill and to have seen the
progress of her masterpieces.
