Lovely Jean, the Siesta frame has worked well. Was it difficult to drill holes through the bars? I've only worked a couple of the butterflies from Kortelahti's book and found it quite a fiddle opening out the paper string. The square framed pictures are on my to do list one day. Eve London,

I've just uploaded my sunflower from Eva Kortelahti's 'Lace with Paper Strings' to my album on Arachne webshots. Shows the mounting very well. The petals and leaves still need a bit of smoothing, but my fingers have gone on strike for now. I chose to use yellow for the petals rather than the
