Please forgive this being not directly lace-related, but since interest has
been expressed as to ways to help, I am sharing this information.
I know that many of us are involved in other fiber-related activities are may
find this of interest.

I was trying to envision where the fires were and so found a photo
depicting the extent of the trauma. i posted this photo to Flickr in case
anyone would like to "see" the intensity of the damage and relate how it
affects friends and lacemakers who share their time with us.
