I'm flying next week and was just thinking about taking knitting but, dang!--I'm fresh out of large eucalyptus seed pods.
Oh, that is such a David Collyer story! Actually, I have found that I can get the needles on the plane, but can't use them during the flight when I'm shoe-horned in with 2 others on the row of a full plane. I've been working on little cotton washcloths/dishcloths with lace-ish patterns and was looking forward to moving that project along during a day of flying but it hasn't been possible for several trips. Might have more luck if I have a little elbow room next week. Happy Holidays all!
