I use the printer fax machine to send in my subscription with credit card
details.Safer than email.I don't have a PayPal account, I use DH's when
necessary.

I make my Lace Guild dues payment using PayPal. It’s really easy once the
initial learning curve is past. PayPal saves the name so renewals are very
easy.
Like Anita said, contact them by email the first time. They have cut back staff
hours, so it may take a day to get a reply.
