Hi David, Sue is going to send you a copy, and she may have already done so.  I get the digest so am always late with items.  I had lost my file and she kindly sent me a copy.  It was designed for the IOLI convention way back in 2008, so probably 2007.  I may have it filed in my old convention

If I have done it correctly, you can see 11 of the poppy pictures I took at the IOLI convention on my photobucket album. I did not make a note of who made which lace and I know that some lacemakers made more than one.
