Hello Beth,
I recently posted about a V & A exhibition, but it wasn't lace and it
doesn't start until October .... Sorry! (Details repeated below)
But there are other exhibitions. V & A currently has an exhibition on A
Brief History of Underwear (pun intended, I assume!), Kensington Palace
has an exhibition on Royal Fashion featuring the Queen, Princess
Margaret and Princess Diana, while Buckingham Palace has Fashioning a
Reign:90 years of the Queens wardrobe.
I thought there was a vogue fashion exhibition somewhere but can't find
it. Yes I have, "Vogue 100: A century of Style" at the National Portrait
Gallery, looks like only photos.
So nothing lace specific, but a couple of these are likely to have lace.
I must admit, I'd find it difficult to choose between Buckingham Palace
and the V & A!
Whatever you choose to do, enjoy your visit.
Best wishes,
Jane
