Yes, Liz. Everyone - if you put your lace pillows away in any kind of container, remember the principles of conservation I have written about so many times. Moths, rusting metals, mould, etc. Remember that some pillows have wood content. Containers and tissue paper made from wood pulp can cause weakening and color changes, especially if acid fumes from them.are trapped. If you have pillows stored, keep an eye on them. Easy to forget, so write on your calendars something like March 1 and October 1 for this task. Climates all over the world are different. Apply conservation advice as appropriate.
