My lace card from Jenny Brandis made it safely across the Pacific. It's a beautiful black bow pin that I can wear too! She sent it mounted on a gold card that shows it off very nicely, with a lace poem inside. I was a bit concerned what was in the envelope as it didn't have a postage stamp, but did have a very large orange stamp that had "ID RECORDED" on it. I'm generally not paranoid, but I do work for an agency that isn't very well loved locally, and the "ID recorded" struck me as odd. Once I saw the customs label, I felt a lot better. I mean, how harmful can a "lace card" be, right?
