Dear Friends, I forgot to sat that on the night of that flood, Burrell Creek rose some 12 metres (40 feet) as a result of about 30cm (12) of rain. It only took about 24 hours to drop to it's normal West Season level, but by then the damage was done - orchard totally gone, many rare palms
