Since this was a personal reply, I'm omitting the ID. But somebody help me out, here, OK ? I don't know which 'industry' ?? pays for other governments - but the U.S. is run on monies from one type of tax or another. And of course, personal/ commercial 'donations' - for which the donors are *richly* rewarded - and *pardoned*, now and again . . .
