This has nothing to do with lace, but we need to find a way to remove black oil stains from beige carpet. It is dry and on the back of the car tailgate. The most sensible option to leave it looking as good as we can please, if anyone has managed to achieve this. Thank you for any one who can spare the time. Sue T Dorset UK
