This is a perennially active project on Incubator since 2012. The most-used messages are translated. There has been an approval attempt proposed by yours truly in 2014 (see the archives), but back then there seems to have been a script issue which now looks to have been resolved in favour of the Latin script. If approved, we would need verification of the content.
