Hello MF-Warburg, I agree with you that this language (that has an ISO 639-3 code) is eligible. I see also that it is spoken by around 20 million people <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bajjika>, so indeed this should be an uncontroversial case of eligibility I think?
