I have tried installing opensolariss build 78 on a fujitsu siemens
lifebook T4210/4215
It seems that the wifi card (intel? PRO/Wireless 3945 a/b/g 13channel)
isn't properly identified by the kernel.
When i try to run ifconfig wpi0 plumb as root, I get "ifconfig:
SIOCSLIFNAME for ip: wpi0: permi

can you provide please the output of /usr/X11/bin/scanpci so that I am able to
take look at it to help?
