Please use the zip file of the release archive from
https://github.com/latex2html/latex2html/tags
Latest release archive latex2html-2024.zip includes files
config.bat and prefs.pm.

when i download the zip file of latex2html form its oficial github
repository , files named config.bat , prefs.pm got disappeared and am not
able to install the latex2html on my pc
