There seems to have been a regression from v2002 (I think) to v2002-2-1 (1.70).
I used to get this line in the head of my HTML files:
META HTTP-EQUIV=Content-Type CONTENT=text/html; charset=iso-8859-1
and now I don't and can't figure out how to make it reappear.
