I'm having problems with latex2html and the amsmath package. The
simplest example of this is for the latex file
\documentclass[letterpaper,11pt]{article}
\usepackage{html}
% \usepackage{amsmath}
\begin{document}
\section{First}
\begin{equation}
x=1
\end{equation}
