What is the option to latex2html call which prevents sections,
subsections, etc., from being generated in separated pages? In fact
oubles...
BTW: my generated gif files have no bottom of left black bars, which
means that the netpbm executables provided in RedHat 5.2 duly are the
"patch-1" release.

configuration file (99.2 revision 1.29)

gdbm "man page" dated may 1999,
which means its is a different release of GNU dbm. Could this be the
cause of my trouble, and is there a solution?

to use PNG icons, with the trouble of uploading the *.png icons in my various
web sites.
