With the 2002-2-1 I had serious problems with defaults settings.
1) $LOCAL_ICONS = 1;
in l2hconf.pm is ignored (was not with 2k.1beta). Thus it requires
the local option -local_icons in command line... which becomes
extremely long and heavy.
