hey thank alot man, im gonna try to do it with the charts instead.it
doesnt matter if its graphs or charts i just want to be able to save
the data and add a new plot to it
i am currently plotting data on a graph from a physical system.
However when i want to add new data to the plot, the old one is
replaced. I am trying to do more than one plot on the same graph,
where the incoming data is at different times. I want something like
Excel where i can just add a new plo
i understand what your telling me. thanks alot marcus. All the signals
sources that i am inputting to the board are grounded. There is no
floating signals.I know how to set up the differential channel. What i
want to know is for the single ended input, do i still need to
connect AISENSE to GND. If
i am currently using the PCI6014 i have set up the 8 input digital
channel, three differential channels and one NRSE channel. I would
like to know how to scan from the three differential channels as well
as set them up. Also since i am using a NRSE does it mean that i
connect AISENSE to AIGND? Chan
i would like to refresh my VI that i put up on the web without having
to refresh the entire page. From your results i was told to use the
image update VIs located somewhere on your website.i have been
searching for this for sometime and i cant seem to find it.can you
please help me locate it or prov
i want to display the fourier output of some ascii data that i saved
to a text file. however the input to the FFT block must be complex
valued.how am i to know what i see is actually the fourier
analysis?please help
thank alot guys, i think that the support at your company is
excellent. You all have saved me alot of time.thanks again
vijay
Ron that was extemely useful information, however for this application
i am using digital inputs and reconstructing the waveform in labview.
i guess this would make the problem i am having more clear. can i vary
the sampling rate for digital inputs in measurements and explorer?
I am currently using the PCI-6014. I would like to know how fast this
board is capable of sampling.can this value be increased or decreased
from labview? i am using immediate Digital inputs and my analog signal
look fine at low frequncies ( like 1-10 Hz). However when my input
siganl increases to 1
My name is vijay. For the scaling on the x axis, can u please tell me
what X0 and delta X denotes. What scaling factor are they reffering
too?
thank in advance. Also in order for you to see the binary
representation of your digital inputs u can open up the "read from one
digital port" VI located und
i have a similiar problem. So what you are saying is that by just
changing the scale to decimal after the FFT is taken means that the
unit is in frequency?
I am using the PCI-6014 configured for digital inputs. At low
frequencies my quantized waveform is very smooth however wheni
increase my input frequency, teh waveform becomes highly distorted. Im
sure its not my A/D converter becomes i am sampling more that eight
times the input frequency. Can you
I am using the PCI-6014 and i am interested in generating a square
wave as an output using a PFI pin. how can i use a square wave from
labview to send it to an output on the PCI6014 board
i have succesfully read in data from a digital input and managed to
store in a text file. This data appears to be most likely an ASCII
format. Are there ASCII to number converters? I would also like to now
use this data and perform analysis on them. For example using the FFT
etc. I have managed to r
What conversion is required in order to convert a the output of a FFT
block to a waveform display? The signal input to the FFT block is a
binary pattern signal!
