[Lazarus] FPC and Lazarus packages for Haiku on Hakilo.ru

Some invisible man runs this project. Thanks! Pls update FPC and Laz 
packages - they are year old!

FPC 3.3 package -
a) "fpc" command isn't in PATH (some deep dir)

b) no fpc.cfg file near fpc binary- Laz cannot work
