IDE uses x mark for ComponentPalettePopup. it paints it custom way.
I want to add TShape kind "cross". It may be used here in PalettePopup. For cross, so needed to add property "width of cross". I want to add prop ShapeSizeSmall: it may be width of cross + radius for rounded-rect. (now radius is MinSize/4). Ok?
