This seems to be due to conflicting packages LCL 1.0 and LCLBase
0.9.30.1, LCL1 0.9.30.1. Installed Packages shows LCL 1.0 installed
and not removable, the other packages

I'm trying to work with SLite3Dataset, and I have a problem. I can not
actually save the record that I post after Insert (have not tried it after
updating).
When I close the connection and open it again, the data did not stored
inside the database itself.
