[Lazarus] TDragImageList.FLockedWindow

I cannot see any purpose of FLockedWindow. The source code comments suggest that updates are locked for this window, during dragging, but I cannot see any attempt to do so. Is this a relict from a very old implementation, that can be removed, and the documentation stripped accordingly? DoDi
