[Lazarus] Lazreport with PostgreSQL

Fixed the problem. My primary library somehow got compiled with heaptrc. I couldn't find any way of removing heaptrc from the library so I created a new package, copied the source files into it, compiled it and added it back into the project. Program runs fine now without heaptrace.
