[Lazarus] Problem with lazarus 1.6?

Hi. A few days ago I installed lazarus 1.6. After adding some packages I use it works fine but for 2 projects. I can't close these two projects without a crash of Lazarus, showing the message 'Access violation' twice in a dlg with the title 'Readerror'. One project is the example htmhelpsample

The wiki has seen some renovation recently - nice! But could it be that it is no longer possible to upload images? Trying to provide a new screenshot for biffexplorer.png in http://wiki.freepascal.org/Lazarus_Application_Gallery#BIFFExplorer fails with the message 'Could not create directory
