I have noticed a few duplicates resourestrings that have the same
text. Could I fix Lazarus, by picking one and replace all the other
occurences in the IDE with it.
lisMenuSaveAs = 'Save As ...';
lisMenuSaveAll = 'Save All';
srkmecSaveAll = 'Save All';
srkmecSaveAs = ' Save As ...';

Ok will do. Do packages share the IDE's resource strings, or do they
have their own. As far as I can tell, they seem to use the IDE's
resource strings, which makes life much easier.
