Set VerticalScrollBar.Page to default value (80) and it won't trigger 
error.

Same happens under gtk2 ws...so not qt only problem.

Probably bug. Pleas open an issue and attach that example. I've 
reproduced it w/o problems under Fedora 23 x86_64, Qt-4.8.7 , trunk 
lazarus + fpc 3.0.0
