Matt, These are SF UI concerns. They should be addressed to the SF staff. We don't control any of the SF.net UI. https://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=2352&group_id=1 (2002-09-19 12:59:55 - SourceForge.net Web Site) In our continuing effort to improve the user interface (UI) of the SourceForge.net site, a number of minor cosmetic fixes (data ordering and data display corrections) have been made by the SourceForge.net team. These fixes should help to usability of the File Release System (FRS) and DocManager system. > 2. Why can't we put all the docs on one page? Let me guess... no :) <snip> I did have a listing of our FAQs on our FAQ page. I ran into a bug in phpWS 0.8.1.1, that's preventing me from updating the page properly. I'm waiting for 0.9x to be released. Many things will change then. The 0.9x tree is a complete rewrite. We will be able to do many things that are impossible currently. > Or why can't we submit the Guides and Howtos to the Doc > manager and just get everything in one place, perhaps > there be a subsection of the FAQs for Guides and another > for HowTos? When we started using the SF DocManager it had a 30,000 byte file size limit. It's been increased to 512k, but our structure is already in place. Also, I'm still investigating creation of a phpWiki module for phpWS 0.9x. Matt, I know the web site needs improvement. I hope the release of phpWS 0.9x will address many of your concerns. I ask that you be patient while development continues. I'm helping the ffl project, and we have phpWS 0.9x rc0 running on SF. http://ffl.sourceforge.net/ -- Mike Noyes <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> http://sourceforge.net/users/mhnoyes/ http://leaf-project.org/ ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ leaf-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/leaf-devel
