I was using the includes/libraries under the $(BUILDTOOL_HOME)/staging for
this purpose, hadn't hacked up a buildtool.mk/buildtool.cfg for nfs-utils. I
didn't see any way of re-generating libc225.lrp, so I ended up placing the
contents of libc225 into the $(BUILDTOOL_HOME)/staging/lib di
